Real Estate Pre-licensing Course Instructors

Frank Luongo

After a 20-year career as a history teacher at the high school and college levels, Frank Luongo became a full time commercial real estate agent in 1981 and began concentrating on residential real estate in the mid-1980’s.

Frank taught his first real estate licensing course, “Principles and Practices of Real Estate”, at Sacred Heart University in 1986 and became associated with the Real Estate School of New England in Bridgeport, CT.

In the early 1990’s, he originated mortgages with City Trust Bank and its successor, the Chase Bank of Connecticut, while continuing to teach the real estate licensing course.

When Frank became a full-time reporter with the Westport News in 2002, he put teaching on hold, but went back to the classroom in 2005 and renewed his association with the Real Estate School of New England last year, while writing as a freelance reporter.

Over the past twenty years, Frank has been committed to preparing students for the license exam, not only by testing them on the information they will need for the exam, but also by helping them gain a lasting understanding of all the many and varied facets of the real estate process.

Richard L. Levine

Richard Levine has accumulated over 1,400 classroom days teaching numerous Insurance and Real Estate related subjects.  As both a writer and a speaker, Richard has skills to hold and maintain the attention of an audience.

Over his teaching career, Richard has been highly rated by students and employers for excellent classes, using presentation skills that make subject matter interesting, and material understandable.

Richard inspires and trains job seekers to gain interviews and compete for jobs successfully.  He helps to instill positive attitudes, develop successful methods, and move students to better jobs.

As a writer, Richard as produced continuing education courses on Long Term Care, Managed Care, Estate Planning, Business Income, Business Continuation, Commercial Property, Retirement Planning, and Re-insurance.
